WINJOINT FOAM

Circular shaped compressible polyethylene foam cord, which is flexible, and very easy to apply. It has also a good resistance to many chemical substances. It is used as a non-adhesive filler, ideally to give the correct dimension of the depth of the expansion joints, before being filled with WINJOINT SEAL polyurethane sealant.

  • Application

    The diameter of WINJOINT FOAM must be approximately 25% greater than the width of the joint, to allow a stable positioning of the profile. Push with a rounded-tip tool (without sharp and pointed edges), which can cross the width of the joint, up to the desired depth.
  • Useful Advices

    The substrate must be free of crumbly parts, foreign or non-stick substances. The application must take place on a dry surface. Do not leave it exposed to direct sunlight for more than 4 hours.
  • Storage

    Store in a dry place protected from the sun.
