Based on bitumen and high quality polymers, it is in an aqueous emulsion containing special additives and has very low environmental impact. Ready to use, it has been specifically formulated for creating a waterproof layer and adhesion surface for laying ceramics floors on balconies, shower trays and bath covering. It can be applied easily on both vertical and horizontal surfaces and it is recommended for tiling over existing tiles or cement blocks.

The product is ready to use and can be applied with a brush, roller, large brush and airless spray gun, in one hand. It doesn’t need any primer. For reinforcement and sealing of corners, we advise the application of the butyl band coated with polypropylene nonwoven BC SEAL BAND.

Horizontal:

500 g/m2 for overlaying on existing floors.

1 kg/m2 on cement blocks.

Vertical:

400 g/m2 for overlaying on existing floors.

800 g/m2 on walls in general.

Before applying, smooth out an unevenness in the surface, paste any detached tiles and check for any underlying damp in order to avoid the creation of vapour pressures. Do not use the product when rain is imminent or on wet surfaces. Do not apply any other cement mixture before the product has completely dried.

STORAGE

The product has 12 months stability if properly

packed and store in a cool and dry place. Store at

temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
